Account Ownership Rules
Team deletion can only be performed by Owners and Admins. Supervisors and Users do not have permission to delete teams.
From the left menu, click Teams. You will be redirected to Teams Management.
Delete a Team
In the top-right corner, click the Delete button.
A confirmation popup will appear.
Click Confirm to permanently remove the team from ArcSIP. Once confirmed, the team will be deleted from ArcSIP.
Note: This action cannot be undone. Once a team is deleted, it cannot be restored.
Team Removal Impact
When a team is deleted from ArcSIP:
- The team will be immediately removed from the system, and users will no longer have access to it.
- Related configurations linked to the team will remain available, as they are associated with phone numbers.
